The Best Places to Buy Affordable Home Decor in 2024

Decorating your home is key to making your house into a home, a place you are longing to run to when you get off of work. A well decorated home is aesthetically pleasing and uniquely you. Shopping for home decor doesn't have to be expensive when you know where to shop for the best deals without sacrificing quality. Here are a few of my favorite places to shop for affordable home decor.

Ross

Don't sleep on Ross. You can find a lot of great affordable home decor at Ross. This store is the perfect place to start at if you're looking for smaller furniture pieces for storage and seating. I found a really cute bench that doubles as storage for $90. I also found all of my booth displays at Ross. Each piece was between $40 and $70.

Hobby Lobby

Hobby Lobby is by far my favorite place, but it is a bit far from where I live...but not from where I work, lol. Anyway, they always have a sale going on. One week they have one half of their store discounted at 50% off. Then the next week is the other half of the store. They alternate it every week so there is always a deal. Plan your next Hobby Lobby trip accordingly so you don't miss any great deals!

Big Lots

This is where it is at. Really cute, great quality, and super affordable home decor. Nothing more to say here. I bought fall decor to decorate my booth for the fall season. Scroll up to see in previous photo. P.s. You can do a mini grocery haul to restock some pantry items too.

TJ Maxx - Marshalls - HomeGoods

YES, these are all different stores, but they are all under the same company. It is one brand. All of these store's sale the same things. I prefer to go to one of these stores for small home decor items such as crocs, planters, bed sheets, throw blankets and pillows, and much more. P.s. Buying pillow covers will save you on storage. There is no need for extra inserts.

Target

Who isn't a Target mom? I know I am, and Target Circle is my best friend. You can receive money back with every purchase you make. I like to let it add up to a pretty penny before using my money.
